 ssive design tool called QtDesigner.  This tool allows you to design a
 nd test a Graphical User Interfaces (GUI)\, as well as make modificati
 ons after the back end code has been created.  Qt is a C++ toolkit\, b
 ut there are hooks for other languages as well.  Python\, Perl and Rub
 y all have Qt Application Programmer Interfaces (API) and can use QtDe
 signer generated code for both Qt version 3 and 4.
